Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine that involves briefly attaching rounded inverted cups to certain parts of the body using a vacuum effect. The suction and negative pressure can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, sedate the nervous system (lowers blood pressure), relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, rheumatism and evens cellulite. Followed by a heavy effleurage massage.

A process where a tool is used to gently "scrape" back and forth over any muscle that is experiencing problems. This is to reduce soft tissue and muscle restrictions. Scraping can be very helpful to clients that have scar tissue, fascia restrictions and strained muscles. Not to be done on pregnant women, an open wound, unhealed fractures, uncontrolled blood pressure or other health problems.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on the cranial bones, spinal column and sacrum. By focusing on the cranial rhythm, therapists can locate restrictions and compressions. The therapists can create release allowing healing.

Sports Massage is typically used before, during and after athletic events. The purpose is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.

Lymphatic drainage massage, is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The light, supportive touch of a lymphatic drainage massage will help breast cancer survivors deal with anxiety, pain and difficulty of adjusting to life after treatment. Lymphatic drainage for breast cancer patients focuses on reducing lymphatic congestion by increasing lymphatic flow in the upper body, with focus in the breast and axillary areas. *Requires signed release form for this work.*

Cupping Therapy ~ The use of suction cups to help break up tight fascia and loosen muscles. Best when added to a Deep Tissue Massage.

Mother To Be Belly Treatment ~ Using Eminence Organics Stone Crop line, restore the itchy, dry skin of a stretching belly. We use a gentle sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin, followed by a masque treatment to help heal and add moisture, finished with a hydrating body lotion to lock in the moisture and leave the skin feeling soft and less painful.
