These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Therapeutix Mind and Body Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an appointment, using our website, or providing us with your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide spa, massage, cosmetic, and esthetic services to clients at our location in Ogden and Clinton, Utah.

2. Communications

  • We use Go High Level (GHL) to send communications to our clients, including text messages, emails, and phone calls.
  • Communications may include appointment confirmations, service follow-ups, requests for reviews, and promotional offers.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive these communications.
  • You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly.

3. Data Handling

  • Your personal data is stored securely in our CRM system, Go High Level.
  • Although stored in GHL, your data is controlled solely by Therapeutix Mind and Body Inc.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your communication preferences current (email, phone, SMS).
  • You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service, no matter the reason.
  • Clients who miss their appointments without giving prior notification will also be charged in full.
  • All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show.
  • In the event of a declined credit card, you must pay the balance before booking any future services.

This policy ensures fair compensation for our staff and allows us to serve all clients more effectively.

6. Payments

  • Payment for services is due upon completion of your appointment.
  • We accept credit cards, gift certificates, and other approved payment methods at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for technical failures related to our communication systems, including Go High Level, that may result in delayed or missed messages.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or communications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Weber County, Utah.
